Good afternoon, Steve,
We cannot change what is on the COC without another eNCI submittal. The COC is populated with the
information on the Notice of Intent, and we do not have a way to revise that. There are a couple of
options:
1) Submit anew eNOI with the correct address and go through the review process
again/Terminate original COC
a. We can apply the fee for the recently issued COC (i.e., waive the need to pay for the
correction, based on your notifying us of it promptly (within 60 days of issuance).
b. Submit a Notice of Termination form on-line for this first one (NCC204443) and note
the reason was an error in the address.
2) Alternatively, we can maintain correspondence about the address error in the repository
NCC204443 permit file, but we are unable to change the data in the address field associated
with the permit. You could ink it on the COC, but you would also need to maintain the
correspondence record with the COC in the event of questions by inspectors, etc.
Please let us know how to proceed. If you do submit a new eNOI, please let us know when so we can
assign it to a reviewer familiar with the situation.

Good morning.
I just received a call from Steve, 724-719-5766.
He received his COC and the address of the site is incorrect, it shows as 1934 Buffalo Shoals Road and
should be 1924 Buffalo Shoals Rd.
He needs advice on how to correct this.
