Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) report for the inspection conducted at
the subject facility on October 13, 2011, by Ms. Barbara Sifford of this Office. The site drains to an unnamed
tributary flowing into First Broad River and Hawkins Branch. The site visit and file review revealed that the
subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG150000. Your assistance and that of Mr.
Ben Yarboro and Mr. Jack Poole was greatly appreciated during the inspection.
Accordingly, the following observations were noted during the inspection:
1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) Yes X No
A SPPP has been developed although it is still in draft form. Clarification has been made and is noted
in the Technical Bulletin that the permit applies to point sources associated with industrial activity from
Air Transportation facilities identified by the SIC Codes Group 45.
2) Qualitative Monitoring Yes X No
Qualitative monitoring has been conducted at the selected observation points as noted in the S WPP
Draft document.

The report should be self-explanatory. Please be advised that violations of the NPDES General Permit are
subject to a civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000.00 per day for each violation. If you have any questions,
