I visited the McCarthy Improvements facility (NCG140484) on October 8, 2020. 1 met with James Higgins on site. I
recommended that Mr. Higgins monitor the truck washout area closely once activities begin at the facility.
I recommend that coverage under the NCG140000 General permit be granted as proposed in the NOI.
