a lot that I want to construct a permanent structure. The physical address of the lot in question is 123
Tomahawk, Louisburg, NC 27549.
The questions that I need answered are as follows:
1. Is there surface water on this lot that would prevent me from building a permanent structure?
2. Is there a Riparian Buffer or any buffer on this lot that the DWQ has enforced?
