If you are in agreement we can act as your agent and sign the Sec. 404 and Sec. 401 permits on your
behalf. If you could send us an email back with something as simple as the quoted text below that
would be all we need. If you prefer to sign yourself just let me know.
This written authorization can be something as simple as an email stating : "for the purposes of applying for
Sec 404 and Sec 401 permits the Town of Marion is authorizing John Thomas/GF to act as our authorized
agent for the Lincoln Ave. culvert replacement project." ..... including name of title of the responsible Marion
person in the body of the email.
