The approved total land disturbance of 1.08 acres for the subject site was issued on 3/5/2020. Please be aware that this approval is based in part on the accuracy of the information provided in the Financial Responsibility Form that is associated with the subject site mentioned above. You are hereby requested to file an amended form if there is any change in the information included on the form. The General Contractor or deleeated aeent is required to set up a Pre -construction meeting (before construction begins) with Mr. Michael Horan, CPESC. The City of Wilson has been granted delegated authority from the North Carolina Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources to regulate land disturbing activities subject to the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973. This Act is performance oriented, requiring protection of existing natural resources and adjoining properties. If the approved sedimentation and erosion control plan is in adequate to meet the requirements of the This approval does not supersede any other permit or approval. NORTH CAROLINA Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 (IV 113A-51 through 66), this o ice may require revisions to the plan and implementation of the revisions to insure compliance with the Act. All construction activities are required to follow the new NCG01 permit regardless of when they were approved.
