This GIFT DEED, made and entered into this the Al-h day of
December, 2008, by and between WILLIAM G. BLOUNT and wife, BARBARA
K. BLOUNT, of Pitt County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to
as GRANTORS, and EDWARD HUNTER BLOUNT and wife, KARA BUTTERMORE
BLOUNT of Pitt County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as
GRANTEES;
The Grantors, for and in consideration of natural love and
affection and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand
paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
do give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantees a
Ten percent (10%) undivided interest in the following described
property, to -wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above a ten percent (10%) undivided
interest in the described real property with all the rights,
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, in
fee simple forever.
And the Grantors, for themselves, their heirs and assigns,
covenants with Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that they are seized
