On February 23, 2010 the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received
your application dated February 23, 2010 along with supporting information including stormwater
management and diffuse flow plan sheets dated February 23, 2010 (Engineer's sealed date). Please
provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent
return of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H.0506:
Additional Information Requested
1. Agent Authorization Letter: Please provide an agent authorization. letter.
2. Page 6 of PCN: Please revise page 6 of the PCN with the correct total riparian buffer impacts as
enumerated in the table.
3. Diffuse Flow Provision: Please show the Scour Hole - Level Spreader system on the overall grading
and drainage plan sheets C-300 and C-307, and revise the detail on sheet C-711 to reflect the design.
Please respond within five (5) days of the date of this letter by sending two (2) copies of the above
information and any revisions in writing. The Express Review Program is a process that requires all
parties to participate in a timely manner.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at
this time) by the DWQ.
