I just talked with Chris, the best way to handle this is for me to withdraw the submitted PCN crossing
application and I'll resubmit the crossing as an IP..

Thanks for your time today. Once the PJD application is resubmitted I can approve it quickly
for you. Regarding the BMP we observed, I'm curious what additional information is available.
Can you have the owner share any stream/wetland delineations s/he had done, and the full plans
for Phases 1 and 2 — specifically the stormwater plans? Any soil information associated with
BMP planning would also be helpful.

Until we document the feature is not an unauthorized activity, I will not be able to proceed with
the permit verification for Phase 3.
