The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the 123 North Greenwood
Forest on 9/10/2020. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG551277. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

A discharge system was never built at this property. I met with Marie Cors (owner) who pointed out
where she believes the septic tank is located for her subsurface system. I couldn't identify any of the
components of her subsurface system, but there was no indication of septic system failure on her
property. Ms. Cors intends to keep this discharge permit in case of septic system drainfield failure.
