Comment: This was a follow-up inspection at Site 3 for the restoration of a stream segment related to a temporary
bypass. DOT and the Corps were present to review its condition. The channel looked good and much
improved from original condition prior to installation of bypass. This is not for mitigation credit but is
inspected and monitored.
Comment: This was an inspection related to on-site mitigation at Site 20-for credit. DOT and the Corps were
present. A pond was drained and allowed to reestablish itself in a new channel. Some bank
destabilization was noted. This area was to be replanted in veg this fall. Further monitoring will be
conducted over next few years per the plan.
