This inspection was conducted to verify that the discharge wastewater facility has been disconnected and replaced with a subsurface system. That was found to be true and the permit has been rescinded at your request. I met with Bryan Fitzgerald (permit owner) and Dale (maintenance manager) for the inspection. The WWTP has been disconnected from the camp plumbing for years and no longer in use. A subsurface drip wastewater system has been permitted and installed, and the camp no longer requires this discharge permit. Mr. Fitzgerald has requested this permit be rescinded.
