On June 11, 2019, Amcor Limited completed its acquisition of Bemis Company, Inc. As a valued
partner of the Amcor Flexibles North America network, we would like to take this opportunity
to provide you with important information concerning our business integration.
Effective November 1, 2020, we will change our legal entity names to reflect one Amcor
Flexibles North America division, which we already operate under.
Please see below our current legal entity names and the name changes that will be effective
November 1, 2020:
