IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS

Application for renewal and modification appears to be complete. However, the application forms included a typo for
current dry tonnage versus proposed dry tonnage (they are listed backwards). The cover, letter clearly explains the
requested increase in dry tonnage so proceeding with permitting should be ok. Request revised application form if CO
deems necessary.
