The only thing that seems to be missing is the maintenance access and easement in
accordance with General MDCs 8 and 9. Please revise and resubmit the plans to include this
requirement.

I am checking on the status of the stormwater permit for the Bojangles at Spring Hope which was mailed
back to you on 8/28. 1 know it included major changes to stormwater treatment for the site but I wanted
to follow up to see if you had a schedule of when your review may be complete. Thanks,
