Inspection Summary:
A facility compliance inspection was conducted on July 11, 2017. The main power was terminated and the auxiliary
generator provided power to the plant. The operator received telemetry notification of the power loss. The closest rotary field
dosed properly. The permit requires composite sampling for Chloride, BOD5,TSS,Ammonia Nitrogen, Nitrate, & TDS.
Operations staff are now sampling effluent via composite sampling per the permit.
