The RAS return and skimmers were functional. The operator indicated that a new effluent flow meter was to be installed after Labor Day (2015). The permit requires composite sampling for Chloride, BOD5,TSS,Ammonia Nitrogen, Nitrate, & TDS. Operations staff are sampling effluent via grab sample technique. Please be advised that failure to perform composite sampling is a violation of Permit Condition 111.1 (operations and maintenance).
