Inspection Summary:
The facility is currently deemed compliant under permit WQ00004059.
Generator and transfer switch functional.
There is now a seperate blower for the EQ.
A new control panel has been installed.
Alarms (audible/visual) functional.
Aeration basin has good air and color.
Front field rotary functional. Back field was being weeded at time of inspection and was not observed dosing.
clarifier was a little cloudy but effluent was clear and odorless.
Eff calibration good until 4/2015.
****The facility needs to be sandblasted and painted. There are large areas that could cause a breach in the walls if not
attended to soon. This is part of the permit as operation and maintenance.
