SUBJECT: Galilee Road Johnston County, NC Pipe to Bridge

On Sept 17th 2020, a conference call between Rob Ridings and myself occurred
concerning Galilee Road Storm Damage.

Notes:

1. Road is closed.
2. Decision has been made to replace this pipe with a bridge.
3. Division has Wetherill Engineering under Contract to design bridge. Sanford
Contractors is to construct the new bridge.
4. To expediate the project, Sanford has requested to mobilize on the site around Oct
12th. Per our conversation, you have agreed Sanford could begin cleanup and pipe
removal in advance of permits.
5. Any impacts associated with pipe removal and cleanup will be included in permit
app.
6. Expected permit application early Nov.
