The facility is well operated and maintained with a minor issue with sediment and trash dicharging from the southwest
corner. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee

Comment: The analytical monitoring records were complete. In 2018, pH was being analyzed by a
laboratory out of the hold time and the Dermittee started analyzing PH with a meter at the time of
sample collection in 2019. There was also an exceedance of the TSS parameter in the second
quarter of 2018, a Tier 1 response was conducted, and subsequent samples have been under
the benchmark limitations.
