am sending this correspondence in reference to our Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits on the following dates (with amounts). On October 1" (461,800 gals) and the 2"`' (361,700
gals). This event was due to 2.2 inches of rainfall over a 2 day period primarily 2 inches of that rainfall tell
in a short time frame with heavy down pours. Freeboard this date is 4'3" at our W WTP Lagoon. '] he 'fo%%n
continues to diligently address it's I R I issues which has shown improvement the last 2 years.
