Attached are our emails and the draft stormwater permit, currently under internal review. Please note that the draft
permit was sent to Neal Davis on 8/27/2019. Neal provided comments within the 30-day period, which have been
recorded, and the draft has been updated accordingly. The draft has also already undergone public notice. This is good
news because we are in the final stages of review and you should not have long to wait before you receive the new
permit.

Ms. Garcia,
Please provide copies of the emails and a copy of the draft permit so that I can review it. As I stated in my initial email,
Mr. Davis has retired and it appears there was a fumble on our part in transferring relative information regarding the
Stormwater Permit. I have assumed responsibility for this permit, so please direct communication regarding NCS000106
to my attention.

This was resolved in October. I can provide copies of the emails if you need them for your records. Right now the draft
permit is being reviewed by our Regional Office Staff. Do you have a copy of the draft permit for your records?

Ms. Garcia,
The purpose of this email is to serve as follow up regarding the Roanoke Rapids Mill's stormwater permit. Neal Davis
has retired effective November 1, 2019 and I have assumed a portion of his duties and responsibilities. To the best of
my recollection, we had some discussions regarding the classification of the section of the Roanoke River and it's
potential impacts on our permit and testing requirements. Could you provide a status update for us including any
information you may need from us for supporting documentation?
