'This letter is in response to the "Request for More Information" letter of March 27, 2007.
Item #1-Impact Justification
We tried to grade this site without the retaining wall shown on the plans.
The warehouse will contain bulk tobacxo products which are flammable. The building
is required to be sprinkled and have a fire access road surrounding it. The grades
outside of the fire road are being graded to a maximum of three to one to allow the
lawn to be maintained by tractor decreasing the fire risk to the building. The
retaining wall was the only reasonable option available to keep the fill slope from
impacting the e~sting stream channel.
Item #2, #3, #4, and #5
These have been addressed on the revised plan submitted to your office on March 28,
2007. I have been informed that these Items have been addressed satisfactorily.
