Approval of wetland, stream, and buffer impacts associated with the project Dunn Road Sanitary Sewer Extension
was issued on December 14, 2009. Additional Condition #7 of the Approval, Compensatory Mitigation Using the
Forest Creek Mitigation Bank, states that payment shall be made within 60 days of approval (i.e. February 12,
2010).
On behalf of the City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department, we request a 60 day extension of this requirement.
We propose payment to the Forest Creek Mitigation Bank by April 13, 2010.
