The Washington Regional Office received your Erosion Control Plan
(or Stormwater Management Plan) for the subject project on 8 May 1995. Based
upon our review, this project is approved as a low density project as set
forth in title 15 NCAC 2H .1000. The proposed stormwater control measures
must be constructed properly and maintained for the life of the project.

they will run with the lard; and that benefits may be enforced by the State of Morth Carolina,
