(AECOM) completed infiltration source water sampling at Belews Lake for perfluoro-1-butanesulfonic acid (PFBS), perfluoro-n-octanoic acid (PFOA), and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) on September 2, 2020. This sampling was completed as requested in the August21, 2020 email from you requesting that PFOS/PFOA data be submitted to the UIC Program and the Winston-Salem Regional Office for review. A summary of the results is included below and the analytical report from Pace Analytical Services, LLC a North Carolina Certified Laboratory is provided as Attachment A. PFBS, PFOA, and PFOS were not detected above the EPA Screening Level, the USEPA lifetime drinking water health advisory levels, or the 15A NCAC 2L Interim Maximum Allowable Concentration.
