Duke Energy proposes to construct a new 125,000 sf mission critical facility
to house a primary control center on the subject property. A new sewer line
is proposed along the eastern project boundary to connect the new facility
to existing sanitary sewer lines in the vicinity. Stream, wetland and Neuse
buffer impacts are proposed.
