Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application
To Whom It May Concern:
The site for the proposed sanitary sewer extension is located at 3921 S. Miami Boulevard in
Durham, North Carolina (PIN 0748-45-23-8701). The site is located on the east side of S
Miami Boulevard, north of Chin Page Road and south of Patriot Drive and is within the City
of Durham City Limits. The proposed site improvements include the construction of two
new buildings, expanding the existing building and additional parking/sidewalks. The Phase
1 building (Building 2) includes approximately 50,000 SF and the Phase 2 building (Building
3) includes approximately 23,200 SF. The overall site improvements include the addition of
5 loading bays for warehouse space with 90 employees. This application is for permitting of
approximately 351 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer and 4,875 gpd of domestic wastewater
discharge.
The following information is included for review and approval:
