WQCS00277. The system is well -operated and records are well -organized. Staff are proficient in the use of the SCADA system whose multiple diagnostic systems are continuously monitored and checked daily by operators. System pump stations which sustained some electrical damage from Hurricane Isaias have been fully repaired.
