Thank you for submitting the updated plan sheet. As the composition of the water discharged back to the lake will not
change, other than possible increase in turbidity, a permit modification will not be necessary provided that a curtain is

Thanks for the call back last week and voice mail message re: Winston Lake. Once I was back in the office and could hear
the whole message, it sounds like there isn't too much of a concern in regard to the permit. As an FYI, I'm attaching the
contractor's sketch for containment ponds and piping back to the lake, with a turbidity curtain in place.
