There is an existing JD (see attached), for this property, but we will need a stream determination. Please note, the attached is the preliminary plan. The new plan, which I do not have a copy of, does not include the main access road extending over the large stream system. They have removed this impact. We will be submitting for a NWP 29, in the very near future.
