The Enterprise Rent -a -Car Facility will have up tc 10 employees and the office/retail building has an unknown tenant but will have two rest rooms. For sewer permitting we have assumed 125 gal/plumbing fixture for the office/retail building. The Enterprise Facility will have a car wash and 1,200 gpd was assumed for the one car wash bay. There is a dead end manhole within the R/W of Market Street on the north end of the site. We will extend a 6" sewer line into the site from the manhole +/- 471f that would be required to be permitted by the State. At this location a 6" sewer service from the office /retail building and a 6" service from the Enterprise Rent -a -Car Facility would come together and from this location to the existing manhole within the R/W it would be a permitted main.
