Gravity sanitary sewer is not available in this area, however sanitary sewer force main is. To serve this site, a lift station is needed. This project will consist of a lift station with telemetry, extension of an existing 6" force for 90 If along INC 210 (Island Drive) near Scotch Bonnet Drive and the lift station will connect with a 2" force main approximately 35 If. The owner of the lots will be building two additional houses on both adjoining lots in the future. To service all three lots a lift station is designed to handle all three lots. The design criteria for sanitary sewer flow from Pluris is 120 gpd/livable rooms. Flow for Lot 2 is calculated at 1,560 gpd. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and Il plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party.
