Sanitary Sewer Narrative
This lot is a residential lot which will consist of a house with 13 livable rooms. Gravity sanitary
sewer is not available in this area, however sanitary sewer force main is. To serve this site, a lift
station is needed. This project will consist of a lift station with telemetry, extension of an
existing 6" force for 90 If along INC 210 (Island Drive) near Scotch Bonnet Drive and the lift
station will connect with a 2" force main approximately 35 If.
The owner of the lots will be building two additional houses on both adjoining lots in the future.
To service all three lots a lift station is designed to handle all three lots. The design criteria for
sanitary sewer flow from Pluris is 120 gpd/livable rooms. Flow for Lot 2 is calculated at 1,560
gpd.

the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and Il plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I
