We are actually in the process of updating the SPPP plan, however, the DTL fueling still occurs at the facility, it just is in a different area of the facility, so fueling still occurs at the facility. The receiving waterbody has not changed. Hopefully, that is helpful for Mr. Meloy! We just wanted clarification if we need to update the original information about the location of DTL fueling occurring or if we need to take alternate measures. Thank you everyone for your help! We may just need updated information to include with the original application records to document the change from what was submitted. Ms. Cochran, I've copied my colleague Michael Meloy who handles the bulk of our general permit applications. He can help you investigate what action is needed. Typically we only modify a COC if a receiving waterbody has changed; otherwise the primary responsibility lies with the permittee to update the SPPP, maps, and monitoring in response to the change in activity areas. One thing to note for NCG08: the trigger for coverage under this general permit is vehicle maintenance activities (VMA) occurring at the site (e.g., fueling). If fueling has relocated to another location entirely, and there are no other VMA or other reasons this site needs NCG08, stormwater permit coverage may no longer apply. I hope this is helpful. The original NOI was from 2015 for original permit coverage, however, the renewal was approved on November 15, 2018. I am an environmental consultant and I am reaching out about a question my client had about the NOI in place for their facility. In their original NOI, it states the exact location that direct -to -locomotive fueling occurs at the facility (with an address), however, the location for this activity has changed at the facility and occurs at a different location at the facility.
