A site visit was conducted on 9/29/2020 at the subject facility in response to their NOI submittal. I have entered a
Technical Assistance inspection in BIMS and uploaded a copy of the inspection report to Laserfiche. Copy of report also
attached.
Please note the following items in reference to some of their responses on the NOI:
- coordinates of the facility on NOI is incorrect, should be more like 34' 59' 52.78", -79' 03' 42.18"
- NOI indicates 0 discharge points, however facility personnel identified 2 stormwater discharge outfalls after the NOI
was submitted, outfalls confirmed during site visit
- estimated coordinates of outfalls: 34' 59' 57", -79' 03' 30" and 34' 59' 52", -79' 03' 36"
(I'm not sure which outfall they will identify as SDO 001 and SDO 002, if you need specifics let me know and I'll
try to get from facility personnel)
- receiving stream would be Stewarts Creek (Stream Index Number 18-31-21)
