Davis'; Fuemmeler, Amanda J CIV (USA) Cc: Dewayne L. Brown; Marios Georgiou Subject: RE: [External] FW: Town Mountain Preserve- Concept Drawing for Water and Sewer Crossing - Town Mountain Preserve Mark, I agree that hanging the water and sewer lines on the bridge will not violate the previously approved 401 for Bartram's Walk. As the approved stream mitigation plans for the preservation reach lack details regarding the width of the road and associated easement, every effort should be made to minimize disturbance associated with the installation of the water and sewer lines within 30 feet of the stream and to install the lines as closely to the road as possible while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. If possible, manholes should be avoided within 30 feet of the stream in the preservation reach. Any required service connections should avoid the 30-foot buffer associated with the preservation reach. If you decide to pursue this approach, please send me updated water and sewer site plans once complete. Thank you, Andrew W.
