Please give a brief project description below.*

The project consists of the replacement of bridge 73 on SR 1341 Foster
Creek Road over Foster Creek in Madison County, NC.The bridge
replacement will not result in any impacts to Foster Creek. However, an
existing plastic driveway pipe carrying an unnamed tributary(UT)to Foster
Creek will be/has been extended by 16 linear feet.
I spoke with Kevin by phone yesterday. I sent in the Notification of Work in
Trout Watershed form yesterday believing this project would classify as a
non-notifying project. Kevin responded that it does not because Foster
Creek is classified as Class C, ORW,Tr.We talked on the phone and
explained that the UT does not show up on the plans and that I found out
about the pipe extension in the last few days and that the contractor was
planning to extend the pipe ASAP to avoid the trout moratorium. I informed
Kevin that the PCN would be'after-the-fact'.Therefore, I did not have time
to submit this form 30 days before submitting the PCN.
Kevin and I agreed a meeting for this project would not be necessary.
