Our Division has completed the review of your permit renewal request. Attached is the final issued
permit. The permit and it's conditions will become effective on November 1, 2020. The Division
received a number of comments during the public notice process and there have been some changes

conditions.
There are some parts of the permit that require you to work with our Asheville Regional Office staff in
establishing monitoring locations and in review of required system evaluations. Please contact Linda
Wiggs to discuss these provisions. She is copied on this email so you will have her email contact.

to view it and download a copy for your records.
