acknowledge that I have received this letter and the Conditions of Approval attachment, have
read them, understand the requirements, and am prepared to ensure that my contractors,
agents, etc. will observe these requirements and the approved erosion control plan. I also
acknowledge that I am ultimately responsible for compliance with the approved erosion control
plan and the Ordinance, and for ensuring that the plan is successfully implemented.
Please note that this site may have additional requirements regarding stormwater runoff during
