Inspection Summary:
On September 16, 2020 this facility was inspected to evaluate the site following a General Permit NOI Application. At the
time of inspection, a SWPPP had not been provided for evaluation. An outfall map was provided, but only one of the two
outfalls was observed. In order to proceed with the application, the SWPPP must be provided for review, and the site must
be re -inspected to assure that all outfalls are correctly identified and that the SWPPP is adequate.
A follow-up inspection has been scheduled for Wednesday October 7, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
