The last permit had the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements listed,and one of the parameters is total residual chlorine 2 per week,grab sample at the efflunet.We are requesting that this be removed due to the fact that UV is used not clorine for dissinfection.The plant has No Changes from the last issuance of NPDES permit NC0072729.
