Please give a brief project description below.
The applicant proposes to develop a residential subdivision within this
tract. Impacts to 0.09 acre of jurisdictional wetlands and approximately 0.6
acre of isolated wetlands are proposed. No written authorization appears to
be required from DWR.
If DWR agrees that no meeting is needed, can I submit a PCN prior to 30
days from now? Also, since no written authorization from DWR is required,
is it possible to submit a PCN to just the USACE at this time?
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
