The forthcoming PCN will propose a Enclosed is a Request for Nationwide
Permit #29 for the Riverbend Phases 2/3 site located on 59.4 acres
southeast of the intersection of Harwood Lane and Newhart Road in
Charlotte, NC.
The site is a proposed residential development and consists of five streams
and eight wetlands. A
preliminary jurisdictional determination was submitted and field -verified by
David Shaeffer on
12/13/19. The proposed phases 2/3 will include 137 If of permanent
impacts to two streams
and 0.033 acres of impacts to one wetland for road crossings and fill.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
