The project proposes the construction of a residential apartment
complex at the northeast corner of US 70 May and Yeargan Road
in Garner, Wake County, NC. Including 11 apartment buildings,
community/activity center and pool, road, utility and stormwater
infrastructure. Impacts requested include 0.29 acres of wetlands,
71 LF of stream channel and 9,152 SF of Neuse Buffer (plus
3,820 sf of Zone 2 exempt/deemed allowable impacts).
