September 22, 2020. The assistance of Earl Beat and Lan-`• Murrav with this inspection was greatly
appreciated. Below is a list of findings de%eloped from the inspection and review of the permit:
1. The permit modification became cffecti%c December 1. 2017 and will expire July 3 I, 202 1.
Permit renewal is required within six months of'permit expiration date.
3. The facility processes stormwater and no longer utilirc5 the water treatment plant. The
treatment plant consists of the followinU units: one 1,200—allon mixing neutralization
chamber for pH adjustment: one 630.000--allon aeration basil with two ?0 I-IP floating
aerators: one I8.500 gallons 20-foot diameter clarifier: one 1.000,000 gallon polishing
pond: one composite sampler: one effluent flow ureter; one sandfllter drying bed: chlorine
contact chamber (currently inactive),
3. At the time of inspection, both aerators were In operation. Water flowing over the «eirs of
the clarifier and v-notch weir at discltar�_e OLItf,]ll 001 appeared clear With no solids or
foam.
4. Discharge ivlonitoring Reports fior the rcvic« period \'ovembcr 2018 tl)rou�IYlt August 2020
were checked for compliance with permit limits and monitoring requirements. The
following violation were noted: MOW111y average way exceeded for BOD in %,larch'_0?0.
5. Field Laboratory Certificate No. 5024 is certified for f]o«, 111-I, and temperature. All
records are being kept up to date. Meters are calibrated quarterly by ISI. ConductiVitV and
all other parameters are analysed by Pace Laboratory.

At the time of inspection, both aerators were in operation. Water flowing over the weirs of the clarifier
and v-notch weir at discharge Outfall 001 appeared clear with no solids or foam.

checked for compliance with permit limits and monitoring requirements. The following violation were
