Subject: Stormwater Permit
Mr. Bryant:
I am reviewing the application for coverage under NCG210000 for the Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc facility in
Fayetteville (NCG210487). The application indicates that there are no stormwater outfalls onsite because all stormwater
is retained onsite. If this is the case, you may wish to withdraw this application and apply for a No Exposure Certification
(which can be found at https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-no-exposure). If this is
not accurate, please provide me with the latitude and longitude of the outfall(s) onsite, as I cannot process an
application without outfalls. Please let me know by 10/28/2020 how you wish to proceed to ensure the application is
not returned. Thank you so much!
Very Respectfully,
Michael Meloy
