The project area consists of 6.7-acres located at 5200, 5206, 5120, 5118
and 5114 Creedmoor Road in Raleigh, NC. The project area currently
consists of mostly upland pine -hardwood forest. The site also contains at
least three residences and associated outbuildings along Creedmoor
Road. Planned development includes a multi -residential development
(apartments), associated parking areas and a parking deck.
