The purpose of this project is to construct a multi -family residential
development. The project is located at 7300 Woods Creek Road in Apex,
NC. There are wetland, stream, and riparian buffer impacts associated with
this project. Specifically, five (5) road crossing impacts, two (2) utility
crossing impacts, and two (2) greenway crossing impacts.
