We have no plans to disturb the buffer zone except trampling of weeds as we move about. We also plan to deliver riprap by water Approach and wheelbarrow from landslide using existing path. I sent you an email on the 21st of September(attached). You obviously didn’t get it. The sketch was not legible. Can you resend in pdf or jpg format and include any temporary disturbance in the access corridor (50 feet Landward)? Feel free to call if you need clarification. I will also need a sketch of the rip rap outlet for our records. I have attached the word document that gives you an example on the second to last page. What I am looking for is a proposed plan view showing the impacts above and below the full pond elevation (see example). Please include any access corridors required to do the work within the 50 foot buffer. I will need to place the application on hold until I receive that.
