Sir, I realized I did not answer your question about buffer zone. We have no plans to disturb
the buffer zone except trampling of weeds as we move about. We also plan to deliver riprap by
water Approach and wheelbarrow from landslide using existing path.

Rich

Mr. Haberberger,
Sorry. I sent you an email on the 21st of September(attached). You obviously didn’t get
it. The sketch was not legible. Can you resend in pdf or jpg format and include any
temporary disturbance in the access corridor (50 feet Landward)? Feel free to call if you
need clarification.

Mr. Haberberger,
Sorry for all of the back and forth via email. I will also need a sketch of the rip rap
outlet for our records. I have attached the word document that gives you an example
on the second to last page. What I am looking for is a proposed plan view showing the
impacts above and below the full pond elevation (see example). Please include any
access corridors required to do the work within the 50 foot buffer. I will need to place
the application on hold until I receive that. Feel free to call or email if there is any
confusion.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above
requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the

the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return
of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a

Mr Mitchell, I tried scanning this but it came out very faint so I took a picture and sent it in
a previous email. Hopefully, one of the two, each the same sketches will suffice.
Sincerely,
Richard
