Please give a brief project description below.
The forthcoming PCN will be a proposed NWP 29 for Phase 1 of a new
residential subdivision. The Griffith Lakes site on 399 acres located
northeast of the intersection of Old Statesville Road and Pete Brown Road
in Charlotte, NC. The site consists of nine streams, fifteen wetlands and
three open water ponds. The site ahs been field -verified by David Shaeffer
(USACE) and initial pre -application discussions with the USACE have
discussed permitting requirements. The impacts associated with the initial
phase include 250 If of impacts to streams for two road crossings.

Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
